1/2 banana
1 tbsp of Almond butter
1 cup of raw milk (I would use almond milk if you have no raw milk)
2 scoops of Total Green
Recipe #2
1 cup of Organic Bluberries and/or Cranberries
1/2 banana
Raw Yogurt (Almond if you have no raw)
2 scoops of Total Green
*Stevia can be added to both to give you a little sweeter taste.
